Teak Macedo - Managing Director

Macedo brings 25 years of civil and military aerospace experience to the challenges of the aerospace environment, including leadership roles in engineering, business development and product marketing.

Macedo has been involved in a broad range of engineering activities including civil and military hardware design, systems and program management experience with Raytheon Company, both Sperry Space Systems & Commercial Flight System Group and Honeywell International. PACG leverages his extensive practical engineering experience to form an exceptionally strong technical foundation.

After the Allied-Signal/Honeywell merger in 2000 Macedo was asked to join ACSS which was created from the divested Honeywell TCAS/MODE S product line. While responsible for marketing, business development and strategic planning, Macedo was instrumental in successfully launching a new and innovative TAWS safety product competing against an entrenched monopoly supplier.

Further, Mr. Macedo's global experience includes a five-year field assignment for Honeywell in Tokyo, Japan, where he participated in the avionics end-user environment thus completing a key element in the his engineering cradle-to-grave experience. He has held a series of progressively important positions, focusing on international business, including China Programs Manager and Europe, Far East Marketing Manager for Honeywell.

Armed with this broad set of business and engineering skills, Mr. Macedo has joined the PACG in developing world-class business consulting services, specializing in business launches and development.

Macedo holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts as well as a Master of Business Administration in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management, Thunderbird - Glendale, Arizona.
